2025年10月20日，AWS雲端服務的域名解析（DNS）功能在自動更新時，因系統內部模組發生競爭（race condition）狀態，DNS紀錄因而遭到刪除導致大規模功能當機斷網。由於原始狀態已不可恢復，每一次的修正嘗試反而造成進一步鎖死，導致新紀錄無法生成、舊紀錄已無可參照，整個系統陷入無效修正迴圈。此事件顯示出，企業治理的邏輯策略如何能在極端情勢下，優先確保「不在失控中瓦解」的重要性，並進而替企業存續創造空間。
