嚴孝頤是來自台灣的連續創業者，背景橫跨機械工程、太空計畫與軟體開發。他在中央大學完成機械系及光機電所學業後，進入國家太空中心參與探空火箭計畫，負責回收艙作業系統架構，並取得中、美專利。
