Like Mieke, I also used to think that meditation is a waste of time, wasn’t really sure if it works or not. However, because of Mieke’s amazing voice and how short and easy to follow her meditations are, I was able to start doing meditations. I started listening to her meditations everyday and started listening and subscribing to other meditation podcasts as well! Thanks Mieke!💕
