I love this podcast so much. Kaisa is one of the few fitness influencers I follow - she prioritizes the well being of her body, doesn’t perpetuate unhealthy “fitness” trends & always keeps it real. LOVE this show. Mike is a great co-host & their banter incredible. Love them! :)
Kaisa and Mike have amazing buddy chemistry. Their conversations are full of so much joy even when discussing challenges. No topic is off limits, but they keep the conversation focused on acceptance, inclusivity, and building people up. An added bonus is that they discuss movement with such enthusiasm that I’m always pumped to do a Just Move workout after listening. The world needs more of what Kaisa is bringing.
I’ve followed Kaisa for a short time on IG and love what a beast she is in all facets of life. I love being able to listen and feel like I’m going along on this journey with you. As you figure out the #PodcastLyfe but also as you figure out what to talk about. Just going with the flow and your conversations are perfect. I love the “off the cuff” style conversations. Much more relatable.
Keep on keepin on!

Kaisa is my girl!!! (S not Z, people) She doesn’t know me but I’m her girl. I’ve been following Kaisa since TwoBadBodies and it has been so inspiring to watch her journey into this incredible business woman and powerhouse in the fitness field. But Mike is bringing some energy to the podcast that I vibe with!!! I look forward to a new episode every week. I love the realness, the education, and laughs. Love you guys!
