so good
I was really disappointed when it seemed like Wesley was going to dominate the conversation. Weird to listen to him talk about being in situations where men are advantaged only to have him take over the podcast. I like hearing what Kim says, I listen to hear her. Wish he would stop talking so much.
I just love every topic you cover and guest you bring on. I have been recommending it to everyone I speak to. So refreshing to hear people unpack bullying, bias and prejudice in a frame of leadership and unapologetically what is and isn’t good leadership. And not being afraid to reflect on your own mistakes and how you learnt from them!!
Very good listen! I’m a couple episodes in and going back to the back catalog. Really enjoying the discussions!
