    I've just listened to the episode with Jennifer Louden.

    Jennifer and Paula talk about something that I find extremely important in my life.

    It's about setting big goals vs small goals.

    When I set too big of a goal, it's easy for me to procrastinate because the goal is overwhelming.

    But if I break it down to the smallest subgoals (baby steps), it suddenly becomes doable.

    I liked the crossfade idea from Laura Simms talking about a career pivot. You don't have to burn the boats by leaving your current career. Instead, you start slowly, keeping your current job and then you transition into a new job step by step. A very practical episode!
