Just listened to their Lawless film review. It’s incredible how the film is judged by them but this is while they are missing all the key details in the film. If they were actually paying attention to this film they probably wouldn’t complain about it. Also, I heard complaints about how the film shows a divide between city folks and country folks. Well, sorry to break it to you, but this is very true. I’d strongly recommend they get out more often and experience the real world. 😂
A+++ pod! The hosts are a blast, super high energy & silly. I love taking a deep dive into each song with them and hearing their rants about life & other things. You don’t have to be an experienced nick cave listener to enjoy this, but you’ll likely become one in the process!
A really nice way to dive deeper into Nick Cave's work, even if you are already familiar with it.
I enjoyed some Birthday Party back in the 80’s, and then some Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds following that, but then took a very long hiatus and honestly kind of forgot about Nick until a few years ago when I found him at SXSW doing an amazing show. Listening to the podcast has been a lot of fun for me. I’ve learned a lot, and have gained several insights and even more appreciation for the man and his band. more
This pod rocks, plain and simple. their alternative universe gimmick is kinda weird but always cracks me up!! can’t wait to see what they do further down the road.
