  • Great podcast!

This podcast is awesome. The information Sarah gives is thorough, science-based, and customizable to my life—this is not a typical “one size fits all” approach to health and weight loss. The info on habit formation and goal setting has been a game changer for me and I have learned so much about the latest research on exercise, fasting, and other weight loss topics. Highly recommend!
