Fresh from my run at the dimly lit early dawn, I hug my cup of fennel tea, full of inspiration for the month ahead. Thanks to Emma and Sue I now have plans to embrace the oscillating cycle of cleaving and relieving, in this liminal space between Winter and Spring, with golden daffodils aplenty and a wonderful healing massage. A highly recommended listen full of insight and wisdom 💖🙏

It was a truly transformative experience, their love for all things winter is contagious and the journey they created was nourishing at a soul level.
