Why was there only one series? Come on John, keep them coming please. I love listening to your stories, and in this world of fake news I find your reporting so trustworthy and reliable.
I absolutely love John Simpson, adore his books, and have turned to him to interpret global affairs for decades. As a result I had great expectations and anticipation for this podcast. Unfortunately, the format doesn’t allow John to shine. This feels like a meandering conversation you might over hear in a bar rather than the insights of one of the world’s great journalists.
