A podcast to get you jogging in just 9 weeks. No bullsh*t, no excuses, just telling it like it is.It’s like Couch to 5K, but better. Just an average bloke, who hates running and swears a lot.

I’ve been suggesting this podcast to all of my friends! 🤩

Love this couch to 5K program! The guy hosting the podcast is absolutely awesome, funny as hell and I’m always looking forward to the next run. :)
I’ve never jogged before (not properly) mainly Bcos of anxiety jogging alone without a friend and just zero motivation alone. It’s like jogging with a funny motivating friend and I’ve jogged more than I ever have in my life! Thank you 😁
Super excited I found this podcast was looking for something light that I could actually follow. Love his voice and humor. I’m glad I found something that has helped me get off the couch.
