【黃于娟／桃園平鎮四縣腔】新北市長侯友宜今天宣布，自8月31日開學起，全面推動公私立國中小學生免費營養午餐政策，與各縣市同步上路，全市約32.3萬名學生受惠，年投入新台幣48.4億元。
侯友宜表示，市府在政策規劃過程中，持續從家庭需求、教育平權及財政穩定等面向審慎評估，在完成整體預算盤點並依零基預算原則妥善籌措財源後，正式推動免費營養午餐，確保長期推動不排擠其他重要教育資源，讓照顧學生與減輕家長負擔同步到位。（中央社）... more
