張振裕牧師提到，耶穌跟行淫婦人說：「我也不定你的罪」，但是不要忘記耶穌還説「從此不要再犯罪了」。教會可以因爲愛而接納性別混亂的人，但是在真理上不能妥協，要能夠告訴他們這種行爲是神所憎惡的，因為上帝是聖潔的！問題是人通常到後來會變成在乎人而非在乎神，能不能在真理上影響這群人而不是被他們所影響是一個問號。
這兩位牧者的分享中幾次提到他們所認識的這一群人當中，很多人也是有愛心的，甚至於還在服事神，我覺得人的行為和神的真理是兩件事情，人有好行為並不代表他的靈魂能夠得救，唯有遵行父旨意的才能夠進天國。黃牧師說聖經中沒有對同性戀行為有嚴厲的譴責是不對的，聖經中有多處教導顯示神很憎惡這樣的行爲，例如羅馬書1:26-28。
家中有性別混亂的人對整個家族是很大的不容易，我們要繼續因他是神所造的人來愛他，但是並不應該影響到神的真理，罪就是罪，不要用很多的藉口來遮掩這些罪。這跟移民到新的國家要保持寬闊的胸襟是兩回事，這是人罪性的問題，從老亞當到現在都沒有改變。不是因為移民到西方國家我們的信仰真理就該變得有彈性。如果真理可以隨著時代演進而改變就不是真理了，如果真理不是真理，我們的信仰究竟是什麼呢？
