The topics are interesting until the rabbi lapses into Yiddisms and fails to explain insider terminology as well as frequently moves from an understandable rate of speech to slurring words together. I stsrt an episode, but lack the patience to continue. Too bad. Perhaps this podcast is for current talmidim.
Rabbi Wittenstein is a real talmid chacham and the depth of knowledge he shares on these shows. Although he does wander off topic frequently in response to audience comments, he presents a fascinating read on historical events that are hard to get elsewhere.
The chassidus episodes were interesting. The rest is kinda shvach. (And, please stop with the "k'ilu"s -- it's very annoying.)
