  • Widening my perspective on Japan

Dr Tristan Grunow does a great job at interviewing. He never gets in the way, but makes sure to bring along listeners when introducing new/complex issues. And just like the Meiji 150 podcast, JOTR is introducing me to all sorts of different research that I would not be aware of if I stayed merely within my own narrow interests.
