別海町出身。介護職を経て、ご実家の牧場に就農されました。2016年に（株）mosir（もしり）として法人化し、2020年に経営移譲され、代表取締役を務めています。2023年にご自宅のお隣の牧場を買い取り、第２牧場を始動。さらに、この秋からホテル経営もスタート！超バリキャリの晴香さんは3人の息子さんのママでもあります。
