This is my fave podcast- seriously! Thank you both for bringing these kinds of convos to the forefront but also having scientific backing as well. I think in a social media (or perhaps just Tik-Tok) driven gen, I find more often than most that talanoa/discussion like these can be overlooked in favour for shorter explanations wrapped up in a 30sec video. So ngā mihi nui korua for such wisdom imparted on us. I hope you both continue to have these types of kōrero.
