I have heard friends raving about these GLP1 shots and how “great” they are.. but I have always believed that lifestyle change is the only true long term fix for any issue. I was so happy to hear her straight fwd talk. She’s well read, educated, witty- and clearly walks the talk! I’m really looking fwd to more content. Thanks for the honest healthy ... more

  • Relatable, honest wellness advice 💕

Have laughed out loud multiple times reflecting on unhealthy habits from college and dating anecdotes which I relate to so hard. Chelsea is so real and relatable, and her advice truly works! I also love that the episodes are not too long and each subject is in digestible chunks. Perfect for all of us type-A overachievers trying to fit in a listen with all the other things we’re juggling ;)
