Interessanter Denkansatz, hatten die im Zen aber auch schon dass die Intention das outcome bestimmt. Kleinste alltägliche Handlungen wie ein Gebet ausführen mit derselben Aufmerksamkeit u d Hingabe dann wird beim Zwiebel schneiden , beim putzen und wäsche waschen Ruhe eintreten kontemplation und daraus erwächst dann Stärke , ein gutes Ergebnis. Ich fi de den Mittelteil etwas zu lang, redundant übers waschen . 10 min Denkanstoss wäre evtl prägnanter lg Angela
