  • Always a great listen.

    As an entrepreneur I always look for ways to improve, and my health always seems to not be a priority. I really enjoy this podcast because it helps me step back from from the wild rollercoaster it is to own a business and avoid some of those bad habits especially around food and health.

    Thank you Jenn for the awesome advice and for helping me stay on track
