    Sarah’s podcast is so friendly and accessible. We have been programmed to believe that the only way to be healthy and happy is to restrict and diet and exercise until we are miserable. The truth, it turns out, is to find abundance and joy and balance. These things are not easy to market and exploit because they are freely available.
