Such a terrific deep dive into introversion. Helpful for business and personal!
I have enjoyed listening and learning from these podcasts about leveraging introvert strengths. The interviews with scientists, authors and leaders are always informative and inspirational.
If the first two podcasts are any indication, Jennifer’s new podcast is going to be a hit. I am not an expert - nor even a novice - in this arena. But I found that didn’t matter. Jennifer and her guests spoke in layman’s terminology and gave real life education and suggestions - for people who are introverted and extroverted dominate. They provided advice for such personality types as individuals - and working together in one-on-one relationships and in groups and teams.

The show also provides great tips for supervisors and mentors who want to help introverts grow their influence in the office and beyond. Bes... more
