This is a passionate and inspiring view of gamebooks, something that I knew from childhood, from the perspective of someone who’s just discovered them.
I’ve been introduced to some gamebook systems I’ve never heard of before, and I can’t get enough.
Very interesting stories! Highly recommend.

So, full disclosure - being an interviewee, I am somewhat biased, but I’m rating this on the love and professionalism that Brian has brought to the podcast. He’s a skilled interviewer and is garnering a wide range of people from the gamebook scene. From collectors to authors, the whole experience of the gamebook fascination is being explored and brought into the light. A heartfelt homage to what most think is only fighting fantasy, but is actually so much more.
