This has become one of my most favorite podcasts to listen to each week. I love the interaction between the hosts and feel like I’m part of the conversation. I find myself nodding in agreement, laughing out loud and relating to the topics and real life discussion shared. You’ll be glad you found this gem and come away with practical applications for your own life.
As 3 therapists and moms talk, I feel like I can be a better person after listening to a few episodes. It’s not all kid talk either. We can obviously be a better parent by taking better care of ourselves.
