Would love an episode dealing with the phenomenon of the always present possibility of a jury verdict above the malpractice coverage amount and how that possibility might disincentivize a defendant from defending an otherwise defensible case choosing instead to settle with the insurance company’s money rather than take the tiny risk of losing personal assets.
