I thought this to be spot on with where the industry is headed. Control of the data is important however having a more informed consumer makes the job less about educating and more about a conversation of needs, wants and dreams. It’s definitely about creating that unique client interaction and journey. So much to explore in this space. Hope to hear more on this in the future. Great episode!!
