This is a really vulnerable and brave podcast. We need more of these kinds of stories of vulnerability and overcoming and thereby releasing the things that hold us back. I’ve listened to one episode and I’m ready to dig in. Great work facilitating and giving voice to these beautiful stories!
Such a unique, engrossing podcast! Every episode is like listening in on a confessional. But rather than feeling like you’re eavesdropping, it’s as if you’re sharing in the catharsis. Julie asks thoughtful and compassionate questions without judgment or an agenda, helping the guests feel comfortable, drawing out powerful, engaging stories. I lose myself in "In Kind” the way I do with podcasts by Krista Tippett, Brené Brown and Alan Alda.
I admire Julie’s straightforward and deep probing questions. The sentiments and stories resonate, are interesting, and I reflect on my own life as I listen. This podcast is a gem- a blend of the thought-provoking research of Brene Brown and the in-the-moment whole stories of Esther Perel.
