Alysia discusses such important topics and how parenting is about you as a parent, and not about your child. I hope more parents listen to this podcast to understand how working on themselves will actually improve the relationship with their children.

  • Love your show title

This show is such an awesome reminder that parenting doesn’t have to be perfect. As a perfectionist in recovery I now get to show up for my very hyperactive son imperfectly and in that he learns that it’s not how many times we fall it’s how fast we get back up. Your amazing show is such an awesome reminder of that. Thank you for this show
