I’ve been very impressed by the range of topics these two interviewers are able to handle, with great questions that draw out the wisdom of leaders who have enabled organizations to have significant positive impacts. This is one of my few "must-listen" podcasts I don't want to fall behind on, since they so often have timely information I can use when helping organizations myself.
