サウナでよく聞く「ととのう」。自分で「これが世に言うととのい？」と思う体感は経験があるものの、ほんとにととのってるのかな？ととのうの定義って実際何なんだろう？という疑問がやすよにはありました。一方くぼんぼんは、そもそもサウナに「ととのい」を求めて行っていないと以前話していたことがあって、今もそうなのかな？というところも聞いてみました！

冬にひときわしみる！入る水槽の温度の違いで身体の緊張と弛緩を繰り返すことにより、より健康によいとされる温冷交代浴について話しました。水風呂がなくても立ちシャワーやカランのお水で温冷交代浴はできるそうです。水風呂苦手〜という方も、カランのお水で試してみてはいかがでしょうか？
