I wouldn’t call myself a runner, occasional at best. But you don’t have to be to enjoy this podcast. The stories of the guests are interesting, inspiring, funny and heartbreaking. The way Owain communicates with his guests is genuine and open resulting in great conversations and story telling. From the heart, a great podcast.
Glad to hear a honest stories from a bloke who is a similar sized person to me who does more then run and train
I played football with Fyn and was unlucky enough to compete with him in athletics through school. I can testify to how demoralising that was, what a an athlete! This is a great chat, loved hearing the positive messages from you both around sport and the importance of it in the development of a person.
Cracking little podcast, love the honesty, looking forward to listening to some more...
