I had the pleasure of sitting down with Sheldon Mills to talk about habits and how to make them stick through gamification and other techniques. He is incredibly insightful and really knows his stuff. Keep it up man, love the momentum you are building and helping others build too. 🙌
Jeff and Sheldon are dang geniuses! How they can take fundamental and everyday thoughts and apply them to business, marketing, etc., is impressive. Their ability to provide tangible bits for business owners and marketers to implement and build habits toward their future selves is incredible. It’s honest, genuine, humorous, and not too self-helpy.
Jeff and Sheldon do an awesome job of breaking through the clutter of setting goals into small and actionable steps.
