雖然2025年國際政經情勢動盪，但台灣的GDP成長率卻高達8.63%，遠高於預期；人均所得也達到3萬9477元的歷史高點，這些都值得高興。
不過，全年出生人口僅約10.7萬人，連續10年下降，比2015年幾乎減少一半，也是無法忽略的隱憂。有喜有憂、有機會也有挑戰，站在2026年這個轉捩點，對政府與企業領導者來說，都是必須謹慎面對的新考驗。
