I really love this podcast and the way the cases are presented. But please for the love of god fix the sound design, anything you say is crazy quiet which wouldn’t even be that bad if the ads didn’t blast out my ears cause the sound levels are so different. Also the inserted sound bites from reports or 911 calls are the same really loud as the ads in contrast to the actual content of the podcast
