    There were things I had experienced that I just couldn’t explain why they were/felt bad but listening to this podcast has helped me name my feelings, understand the situations, my actions-and just know that I am not alone.

    There’s a lot I hadn’t learned in my 38 years that listening to 2 girls and their guests have taught me. The conversations people don’t have.
