  • Unbelievable experience!

Shemaiah was born for this. His voice, his energy, his delivery, perfect for radio. But what really blew me away were the questions. This wasn’t surface-level stuff. He clearly did his homework and came prepared with insight and depth. The intro he gave me? Unreal. I’ve done a lot of interviews, but this one stood out in every way. I wish every podcast host had the same level of professionalism and passion. Massive respect. Highly recommend this show to anyone who wants to hear real conversation... more

Navigating Midlife Transitions with Clarity and Alignment
Q: What was your main thought process when you decided to write the book for others and break down how people get stuck in old patterns?
Randy explains he wrote the book primarily for himself, born from a personal, Easter-morning reckoning, and then the work evolved into a framework others can use to reflect, reframe, and restore.
Jeremy Keith of The Voice
Q: If you had one thought to share with your friends and family listening right now, what would that be?
I would encourage everyone to recognize their value, express gratitude to those who supported me—including NBC and my family—and acknowledge that every step along the way contributed to who I am today, which makes this moment meaningful and worth celebrating.
Jeremy Keith of The Voice
Q: What moments with your coach helped polish your confidence and understanding of the music industry even more now that you have some personal time getting feedback from your coach?
The feedback from Adam and the guest coach clarified that my journey was aligning with the rookie-to-lead path, confirming that I could win and reinforcing the importance of authenticity and keeping the audience engaged, which strengthened my confidence and clarified my artistic direction.
Jeremy Keith of The Voice
Q: What brought you to think about, you know what, I need to get on NBC The Voice? What inspired you to take that opportunity?
I auditioned with my friend Brittany Spencer back in 2012 and, after enduring a cold cattle call outside in New York, I felt a pull to pursue the show again. The persistence paid off as I eventually joined Team Adam, which validated my shift from background vocalist to artist with confidence from the coaches.
Reclaiming Your Life After Putting Everyone Else First
Q: What is The Sprinkle Effect and how can it help people in challenging seasons?
The Sprinkle Effect is about adding small, intentional shifts—like belief, mindset, discipline, and curiosity—gradually over time. These tiny changes accumulate to create meaningful improvement without trying to overhaul life at once.
