梦里的鲜肉月饼饼这个普通人一身毛病，没什么特长，只是个深度沉迷有氧运动的孤独患者。

Day10 禾尼乡到巴塘，中间翻越海子山 (海拔4700米)，全程117公里。川藏线最长下坡，从垭口到底一共57公里连续下坡。下午需要经过6个隧道，所以和手表的公里数有明显差12公里的样子。下坡最大瞬时配速上了50。
早上雪已经停了，住的酒店门口的雪景，好多乌鸦，以及立马结冰了的水。
出发后十几公里大平路的雪景和路况。

开始爬海子拉山一路上坡和美景作伴，心情超好！

Day9 从理塘到禾尼乡，全程53公里，基本上都是大平路和起伏路。
理塘的西城门样子。
没下雪之前的大金牛雕像，以及金牛的子子孙孙们
开始下雪的兴奋拍照，到后面的闷头赶路，不穿雨衣的后果就是冲锋衣湿光。。
断水的暴雪山庄模式开启。。站的位置是食堂，对面一排是温泉。
这是温。。。泉。。。？请告诉我多少人能下得去脚。
最后，早饭和午饭。晚饭：无。

Day 8 因为前一天的两天并一天路程 今天把一天路程拆成两天休整，骑半天休半天。因此从红龙乡 (海拔4150米) 出发 到了中饭点理塘 (海拔3951米) 之后，就没再继续往后骑。全程32公里，会经过一个无名垭口 (海拔4403米)，因此爬升500米左右。
路上大量的牦牛，这大概是那天骑车路上拍的唯一一张照片了。
到理塘之后的藏餐，酥油人参果，糌粑，酸奶，牦牛肉萝卜汤，。。。二人食！

Day7 相克宗到红龙乡，全程80公里左右。全程在海拔4千米之上经历一路逆风和四起四落。
下面是海拔简述，最后配上图比较直观。1. 起点相克宗海拔3593米 出门就是天路十八弯，12公里一路上到海拔4210米的2公里无灯剪子弯隧道。2. 第二个上坡 大约5公里 爬升200多米 到尼玛贡神山垭口 海拔4390米。3. 第三个上坡 10公里 爬升三百多米 到卡子拉山垭口，海拔4440米。4. 最后一个5公里爬升300不到，从海拔4121米上到天空之城，海拔4323米。

Day6 新都桥到相克宗，一共87公里。上午先翻高尔斯山 (21公里500爬升 so easy) 中午在海拔2520米的雅江休息用餐，休息过后就是18公里川藏318南线最陡长上坡，每公里60米的爬升，最后目的地海拔3593米。
没瞎说，今天就是两千两百多公里的行程里面唯一画红线的一段！
出城前相克宗一路上的景色。
爬高尔斯山的雪景！时隔三年，再临雪境。但重点请看中间那个坡是认真的！
穿越高尔斯隧道，不是第一个伸手不见五指没有灯的隧道，但却是第一个终于记得开go pro的无灯隧道！

Day 6 从折多塘 (海拔3148米) 翻折多山 (垭口海拔4300米) 到新都桥 (3455米)。折多山平均每公里上升54.56米，也是川藏南线上的第一座超过海拔4千米的山。好在那天出门天气不错~
这就是音频里面提到的那个刚出门的观景台，很美吧！

Day 4 从瓦斯沟 (海拔1446米) 到折多塘 (海拔3176米) 途经康定。总共38公里，爬升1833米。
早上起来装车，客栈门口七点半的样子，有山有云，预感会是个好天气~
比起前面两天，自从二郎山之后，路上景色真的好看了许多，开始真正意义上的骑游了，虽然在音频里一直说自己不喜欢中途停车休息，但愿意再路上为了漂亮的风景花10秒左右停车拍照，值得！
忘记说了，上午在康定不到的十公里处，看到了雪山！虽然只是远观 但却是这次川藏线上第一次见到雪的地方~

Day 3 从新沟到瓦斯沟，翻越318川藏南线中的第一座山——二郎山 (海拔2200米)。第一次骑车翻山，第一次感受长达18公里的上坡。左边是爬坡+放坡被叫停前的上午数据和路线；右边是剧透Day 4的开局反向下坡。
二郎山隧道有灯！可以算是比较安全的隧道了，必须照一张。
爬坡时候的潮湿天气+大雾 vs 过隧道以后的晴空万里。
搭车走高速 去另外一个检查口的路上，只能在远处看一眼那天下午队友们的骑行路线。全是接连不断的隧道，大渡河都只能瞄上几眼。。安慰自己是保存体力迎接明天的大考！
