I’m glad I found this podcast through East Meets West Hunt. Been very good, informative and easy to follow along.
My only request would be some more content for “old“ people. I know the target audience is mid 20s to mid 40s. , But there are a lot of us 50 and up that are still staying in shape for hunting.
Just found this podcast so far it has been factual, and very informative ground level easy to comprehend. Great conversation great info
Todd can actually tell you - in plain english - what is happening at the cellular level in your body throughout your training and your hunt. He’s so knowledgeable and is who I believe to be the most trusted source in backcountry training- for any hobby.
