Finally, a decent review podcast. Picked up so many cooking / sourcing tips & enjoyed being transported to some amazing restaurants. The tips are a nice touch too. Upbeat & positive, much needed in these dark times. Please resume asap Hugh, if it’s possible, I’ve consumed every episode like a tramp at a kipper.

How nice it is to have an ego free 15 minutes dedicated to enjoying oneself. I particularly enjoy how Hugh has little time for the kind of nonsense that can make dining out feel exclusive or ‘not for the likes of me.’
