As someone with Tinnitus, I really enjoy this podcast. Lots of good information and I appreciate how that information is presented. Tinnitus can be very isolating but I like how this podcast provides a little community and connection around this topic. Also worthwhile for people who don’t have tinnitus but want to be aware how to avoid ending up with it, or who are just interested in ways to take care of themselves/their body.
