There area a lot of yoga podcasts out there. What I like about this one is that the conversation starts around what one’s actual regular practice is like, on the day to day. I love the conversations that result from this originating question, grounded in what they aredoing.
Plus, it’s sort of like a ‘what’s in my bag’ type of curiosity ‘What’s someone *else’s* practice like’?
