みんな自分の感情や心に振り回されることはあるよね。竹取物語で、月の世界の住人たちは悲しみや悩みを捨て去って美しく生きる人たちでした。悲しい思いなんてしたくないし、人間関係に悩むこともうざったい。悩みなく生きていきたいと常々思う。でもかぐや姫を失って涙を流すおじいさんおばあさんの方が好き。

もろきゅうさんは今夜眠れているでしょうか。あたまの中で色々もやもや反芻しちゃって眠れない現象、ぼくにもかなり覚えがあります。言葉が飛び交って、眠れない眠れない。脳がどんどん過熱していく感覚すらある。
ぼくの場合はヨガや瞑想で頑張って落ち着かせて眠りに入っていくこともあるんだけど、そうか、このラジオが役に立つこともありますか……冥利に尽きるってやつですね。
すべての人が安らかな眠りにつけるといいなあ、と思います。
