人は無意識に操られている。「集合的無意識」という言葉を知り、自分の幼少期と照らし合わせて、私は無意識的に不幸なほうに進んでいたことに気が付きました。子供の頃に無意識に作られてしまった不幸せな生き方やネガティブな考え方。それに気づけたことが、私が変わる最初のきっかけでした。
毒親育ちのアダルトチルドレンで生きづらさを感じていた私は、鬱になり、そして何度も鬱を再発してきました。その度に散歩や運動などの行動療法でうつ状態から回復してきましたが、行動出来なくなるとまた鬱な自分に逆戻り。そんな自分を根本から変えるために、ご機嫌な暮らし研究家として生きることに決めました。そんな私の自己紹介的なエピソードです。
