    This my favorite podcast. It doesn’t matter to me if I’ve seen the movie or not, I love listening to David and Wolf’s banter as they discuss it. I really hope they will do more in 2023/2024!

    Don't come to this thinking you are getting more of the David Crowther of The History of England.     What a joy to discover that David has a second podcast! The intergenerational exchange that he and Wolf share is delightful (I’m way closer to David’s era) and helps put the films into context. I’m not very knowledgeable about film but have enjoyed their take on the ones I know (Lion in Winter and the Pythons, especially) and discovered some new ones to try (Master and Commander, Belle, and Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure).
