  • Recognition for the special leadership qualities required to manage creatives

This is a wonderful podcast with useful guidance on how to lead anybody better, but especially useful for managing creatives. Having worked in the arts for 30 years, I know that barely anybody is trained effectively in how to do this, as we often find ourselves in leadership positions after following our passion.

This podcast is a warm gentle critics friend to help you in your leadership journey but also get the most out of those brilliant people you serve.
