I don't even know where to start with this episode. This episode is about a medication that no longer exists but is similar to Vick's topical analgesic.

I was so unsatisfied by other re-tellings and explanations of this legend that I did an intense deep dive into it. I ended up obsessing over Father Gallitzin and did a cradle to grave biography about him and his episode is on this feed as well.

Today's Patreon exclusive episode is about the alien gravesite in Aurora, TX that reportedly contains the remains of "Ned", an alien who crash-landed and died. Is it a hoax? What do you think?
I love this lady and her podcast!
I never would’ve thought to make a show on this, but what a rich and interesting topic! I love this show!
I never would have imagined that I’d be interested in a podcast on the subject, but after having it recommended I’m glad I checked it out. You just never know what topic Jordan will choose!! For those who are critical of this podcast...creating a podcast is not easy and I applaud anyone who is brave enough to put one out in the world.
I came specifically to listen to the Crescent Hotel episode. I barely made it through. The amount of times she says uuuuuuuuuuummmm, like and or whatever is HORRIBLE! Not done well at all. Maybe she gets better in later episodes, I’m not finding out. If you can handle an hour of listening to the equivalent of a high school girl reading in front of the class, you came to the right place.
If you like hauntings, travel, and history, then this podcast is for you. Host Jordan takes you through hotels with a history. Very fun!
