Heartland Knits

Vicki has the most beautiful knitting of any podcaster I've seen, but now there's more sewing than knitting. Over-editing makes the video jerky and often repetitive. I usually turn it off after a few minutes because of the constant "you know"s - as many as 7 in a single sentence and over a hundred in a podcast. It's mind-numbing. When I start counting, it's time to turn it off.

I have so enjoyed this podcast through the years. She inspires me to challenge myself beyond what I would normally think I could do. Thank you for all you do for the knitting world.

Vicki is an accomplished knitter with lots to share. She has a soothing voice and is able to show her work and helpful tips. She does amazing shawl work, and I love when she shares her experience at retreats and the EZ camp!

Vickie is the most knowledgeable knitting podcaster I have found. She is a certified master knitter. I learn something new almost every episode. Besides that, she is sweet and engaging to watch. She is a prolific knitter with lots to show and it is all beautiful! Watching Vickie is like spending time each week with your most cheerful and enthusiastic knitting friend!

Not only is Vicki a lovely person, she's a fabulous knitter as well. I learn something every time I watch. She has such a kind and gentle way of parting knowledge. This is a wonderful podcast!

I've been knitting for a long time but have put it aside in recent years because of time constraints. After watching this podcast I am totaly energized to take up my needles again. Vicki is a master knitter, probably the best I have ever encountered. Her attention to detail, outstanding sense of color, and exceptional skill are inspiring and humbling. If you love knitting don't miss this podcast. Start from number one and move forward. You won't regret it.

I have been tuning in to many podcasts for many years, and it's not often that a new one makes it to my favorites list, but this one sure does.
