  • Heartgasmic!

Love this woman, love the podcast.

I discovered Sam through a poetry reading on zoom, and I went to her website and learned about her love for tantra and massage and I get emails about what she's up to. I've purchased a copy of her book for myself and one for a friend and I love it. Fascinating, inspiring, warm and open person who I'm glad to hear via podcast now!

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 21: Transmissions from Spirit with Michele Lynch
Q: Can you just share with the listeners, how did this deep connection with your heart start for you?
Michele credits her years as a professional dancer and choreographer, which were pivotal in connecting her with her heart and body, understanding dance as a language that communicates beyond words.
Episode 24: Partnering with Didi and Janine
Q: Can I ask you, what do you love most about Didi's heart?
Janine mentions Didi's big heart and loving attitude towards living beings.
Episode 27: Dignified Menopause with Christina L-S
Q: What else did you do to support yourself when you realized you needed to do something about your symptoms?
I took about three weeks off over the Christmas period to rest and see if that would help. But my quality of sleep didn't improve at all. It was only after starting some foundational practices that I began to see improvement.
Episode 27: Dignified Menopause with Christina L-S
Q: If you don't mind, I'd love to kind of rewind and ask you a little bit about how you knew you were kind of going into perimenopause, menopause, what the symptoms were, what your process was like, anything you'd like to really share about that journey.
I think it took me a while to have gotten on really. My cycle had already changed significantly. I was caregiving for my mother-in-law and I put most of the symptoms down to stress and tiredness. It was only later that I recognized the symptoms as part of menopause.
