Each episode is distinctly different , very rich in sounds and interesting woven narratives of people’s experiences. Hugely emotive , just superb
Well done on a great podcast. Moving and showed a real sense of community. Looking forward to the next three episodes.
A small country town where ordinary people became heroes, where distant neighbours became friends and mums and teenagers took up the epic fight against catastrophic bushfires. When I got to the end of these eps I played them over again. So good. I hope you keep producing stories from your community.
I was so moved listening to these stories. These are beautifully crafted accounts of an intense time. Despite the difficult content, there is humour and hope and beauty in triumph. A very intertwining and moving podcast.5 stars.
Drawn from individuals experiences during the Black Summer fires in the Braidwood region, this series is as emotionally charged as you’d expect. What is less expected is the strong sense of hope that emerges as a community bands together to literally save each other’s lives. Highly recommended.
