This podcast is fantastic. Dr Meghna Dasani really knows her stuff. Ive benefitted so much from her practical tips - especially when getting my kid diagnosed with mild sleep apnea. As a parent of two kids, I have struggled with not sleeping as well as I did before having kids and thanks to Dr Dasani- I’ve been able to put in place several things that are helping me to get more rest!!

Super informative podcast with great topics each week! Definitely a podcast that is trying to spread the word of Healthy sleep for adults and children and signs and different stories. It’s a total eye opener that makes you see your children and loved ones differently with these stories great information!
